The project aims to improve health and fitness throughout Shetland by setting up a wide range of dance and excercise programmes using a state of the art wireless dance mat gaming system. This easily transportable system, suitable for all ages and abilities will allow provision of activities throughout Shetland’s isolated rural communities.
