STV (North) Projects

The STV North region goes from the Shetland Isles down to the Howe of Fife on the east coast and Fort William on the west coast, encompassing Skye and the Western Isles.

Over the past five years of the People’s Millions competition we have seen some great projects in the region. Previous winners include projects to create an Alice in Wonderland garden, replace seating in a school theatre, provide every child in the Highland Council area with waterproof suits and many more.

Refurbishment of Gateside Memorial Hall

The project aims to renovate and improve access to a local village hall situated in Gateside, Fife

Sandwick Community Play Area

The project aims to make improvements to an area of land associated with a local school, nursery and community hall by establishing disabled parking spaces, pathways and a small, modern playpark and garden area.
