Bluebell Railway - The People's Millions project

The Bluebell Railway, in Sussex, has put together a project to restore a Victorian railway carriage, including facilities to carry passengers in wheelchairs. We are hoping to fund this through The People's Millions which will be seen on ITV early-evening regional news programmes. Voting for our project takes place on 25th November 2009.
