The project will enhance and improve the external appearance of the Plaza Community Cinema, based in Waterloo, North Liverpool. The cinema operates as a community facility; providing social and education programmes that address a wide-range of issues in an area of socio-economic deprivation.

The external frontage of the building will be renovated to enhance the overall appearance of the cinema, thus increasing levels of attendance.

There will be an estimated 76,000 beneficiaries.
