Please support Autism Plus and the ‘Get Moving Project’ on the 24th November to help improve the lives, health and wellbeing of individuals on the autistic spectrum.
This project would provide a gym and free access to fitness equipment, bicycles and an outdoor trampoline for autistic and disabled adults and young people, to improve their physical fitness and general health. Beneficiaries would learn how to keep fit and healthy in the gym and how to cycle in a controlled environment before progressing to cycle routes elsewhere.
