Your project plan should cover:
- Why your project is needed.
- How you know it’s needed.
- Who will benefit from it
- What you want to do.
- When it will take place.
- Who will do the work.
- How you’ll make sure it’s done well.
- A breakdown of your project costs and how you worked this out.
- At least two competitive quotes for capital items over £10,000.
- Evidence that you’ve raised any other funds you need for the project.
- Plans for managing and paying for any work needed after our grant has ended.
- How your project will make a lasting difference to the local environment and to the quality of life in your community.
- How your project will get people involved in their local community, help those most in need or is original and imaginative.
