The project would create a specialist area so that young people with disabilities can participate in urban sports activities such as BMX, cycling, skateboarding and inline skating. The new area will incorporate a specialist ramp park area and will give the young people an opportunity to participate in mainstream urban sports culture which they would not normally have access to.
